Simply fill out the form with you name, address, email and the V# you wish to receive and click on the submit button. The form will arrive in our email and we will add the gift to your order.
Make sure we get the correct address, phone number.and email information. The products are sold 'as is'. We have lowered the prices on PC cards and memory as low as possible. Shipping it back is simply not worth the cost. Most all PC hardware is new and should install even if they are not in original packaging.
